Product X Marketing provides web design, development, performance advertising, search engine optimization, app development, and AI implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of agreed milestones. Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each billing period.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including website designs, code, and content. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals necessary for project completion. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
For monthly retainer services, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts are required. For project work, cancellation terms are outlined in the project agreement.
Product X Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
